Frank S Barella is a native of the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania with a career in the
non-profit sector that has spanned more than twenty-five years. Frank is a graduate of Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA and his skills and experience in Non-profit Organization Management and Leadership include:
Program Development and Administration, Grant Writing and Fund Development,
Budgeting and Fiscal Management, Fundraising Events and Activities, Marketing
and Public Relations, and Social Media.

According to Rath, Tom (2007) Strengths Finder 2.0. Gallup Press. Washington, D.C., Frank’s top five strengths-based traits are: Discipline,  Futuristic, Learner,  Individualization, and  Achiever.

Frank has forged successful collaborative partnerships with other non-profit organizations in the community, including the Allentown Art Museum of the Lehigh Valley. He enjoys working with public relations and the local media and he has obtained television reports with WFMZ Channel 69 News, participated in radio interviews on Cat Country 96FM and the local NPR affiliate station WDIY-FM as well as print articles with The Morning Call and Lehigh Valley Marketplace magazine.

Frank is currently serving as the Board Chair to a community Advisory Board to the Lehigh County Office of Children and Youth Services. He has also been an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Non-profit Organizations (PANO).

In his spare time, Frank enjoys cooking, fitness and exercise, music, art, movies, animals, learning to play a ukulele, and keeping up with his two nephews – Jude (6) and Jonah (3).
